Families of disabled children are
already living with extraordinary stress; we would like to see all new
legislation reduce rather increase frustration and better serve the best
interest of the children. - Lenore B. Laracuente, Esq,

Please help our children better
themselves so they can better this world. - Ivette Fernandez
I'm not sure but I think that I already submitted my petition information. To
make certain I filed the form again, because I am a strong supporter of special
Ed. My son is 9 years of age an attends Calais alternative school, he has ADHD
with learning disabilities. Thank you for all your passion and commitment to
special Ed! - Frank Spicer
Please don't make it any harder to receive and monitor services. Teachers need
more training. You just don't understand unless you have a special needs kid! -
Leslie Schoeniger
As the grandmother of a child with
Aspergers Syndrome, I have seen how difficult it is to get the services that are
currently available to special needs children. I shudder to think that even one
action that is in the best interest of these children be removed or decreased.
These children are part of the future and should not be treated as less than
whole. - Patricia Scaccetti
