PARENT SURVEY ON NJ STATE OSEP COMPLAINT PROCESS
I am attempting to find other parents who have experienced the following :
1) Filed a complaint investigation request with the NJDOE
2) The NJDOE found the district noncompliant
3) despite the noncompliance, the state did not require the district to
provide compensatory education/services or the state did not monitor the
district to ensure that compensatory education/services were indeed provided.
Any parents who have experienced the above can contact me directly at 973
383-4168 or bonniesue@nac.net .
Thank you,
Bonnie Sue Bastin
